Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Every rental is month to month.
When can I get to my unit?
Our facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with your personal gate code. The office line is answered Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday to Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM.
How does billing work?
Rent is billed on the first of the month. If you move in mid-month, your first payment is prorated and regular billing starts the following month.
What is the fastest way to rent a unit?
Rent online. Pick your location, choose a unit, sign the lease and pay, all in a few minutes. If you get stuck, call us and we will book it with you.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
30 days. Call us or email Ann@graylineinvestments.com.
Are your facilities secure?
Yes. Outdoor facilities are fully gated, indoor facilities are secured, and every property is monitored by security cameras.
